For your success in learning and retaining the critical objectives of the Canadian Firearms Safety Course and Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course- while facilitating and assessing your learning, I draw from training, experience, and perspective gained over 35 years of firearms handling as a former soldier in the Canadian Forces, a former armed guard in private security operations, a former police officer and police firearms instructor at the Ontario Police College, a former hostile environment diplomatic close protection operator in Afghanistan, and as a professor at a college teaching firearms theory and live-fire firearms curriculum.

To ensure attention to your individual learning styles and to maximize practical handling skills time, I run small group settings. Learners will NEVER feel rushed and will not be rushed into their written or practical exams until they feel ready for success and have, at minimum, completed the required course hours mandated by FSESO.
