Niagara Training Academy looks forward to being your firearms safety course provider. All of our instructors have been appointed and certified by the Chief Firearms Officer of Ontario to instruct and conduct examinations for the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC). All instructors were trained and are governed by the Firearms Safety Education Service of Ontario (FSESO). All instructors are also "Members in Good Standing" as per the FSESO Policies and Procedures. Niagara Training Academy Services all 12 of Niagara's municipalities (Fort Erie, Grimsby, Lincoln, Niagara Falls, Niagara-on-the-Lake, Pelham, Port Colborne, St. Catharines, Thorold, Wainfleet, Welland and West Lincoln). Most courses are held in St. Catharines but we will travel anywhere in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area (GTHA) if a large group (10+) makes a special request.

Alessandro (Al) Albano is the main instructor for the Niagara Training Academy. Al has been a firearms owner and hunter for over 30 years and is a member of the Ontario Federation of Anglers & Hunters (OFAH). He is currently employed as a police officer and has been in law enforcement for over 32 years. Al was born and raised in the Niagara Region and enjoys the outdoors with his four children. Al has obtained a certificate of course completion from the Ontario Human Rights Commission on "Working Together: The Code and the A.O.D.A." Niagara Training Academy will do whatever it takes to accommodate persons with disabilities.

All Niagara Training Academy courses are designed to be taken as a combined CFSC & CRFSC. Combined courses are available from the Niagara Training Academy monthly with the CFSC on Saturday (8am - 8pm) and the CRFSC on Sunday (8am-4pm). End times for each course are approximate and include both the written and practical examinations. Pricing includes all required course materials and examinations. Niagara Training Academy when possible will accommodate those who only need the CFSC or the CRFSC.
