Hello, my name is Rodger. I teach the Non-Restricted (CFSC) and the Restricted (CRFSC) Firearms License Certification courses in Brampton, Georgetown, Guelph, Northern Toronto, and immediate surrounding areas. Successful completion of the CFSC/CRFSC is necessary before applying for a PAL (Possession & Acquisition License) with either non-restricted only privileges or non-restricted and restricted privileges.

A long time firearm owner, and a competitive rifle team member. I am a qualified IDPA (International Defensive Pistol Association) RSO (Range Safety Officer), and board member of a gun club in Ontario. I am a qualified CFSC, CRFSC Instructor, Club Level Safety Instructor, and holster qualified firearms instructor.

The written and practical examinations for both the CFSC & CRFSC courses take place immediately upon completion of the classroom lesson. A minimum passing grade of 80% on both written and practical examinations must be achieved in the CFSC (non-restricted course) to move on to the CRFSC (restricted course). The CRFSC also requires a minimum passing grade of 80% on both written and practical examinations to be deemed successfully completed. The course fee includes course material, written and practical exams. The student manual is not included in the course fee.
