Worked for the Ministry of Natural Resources for over 30 years as a Conservation Officer. As a field trainer, I also assisted in Use of Force and Firearms instruction. Was on the executive, including President, of the Ontario Conservation Officers Association for over 20 years.

I have been a Firearms Instructor through FSESO since 2015. I have also been a Hunter Education Instructor through OHEP for the same time. Since 2015, I have delivered some training to Ontario Parks, Park Wardens as a private contractor.

The majority of my courses are taught as a weekend course (Friday night to Sunday) including the CFSC course as well as the Hunter Education Course. I teach the CRFSC course as there is a demand from my students.
