Hi there, my passion is Firearm Safety. I have had exposure to firearms since i was about 8 years old growing up in Northern Ontario where my Dad believed that training a child to handle safely and to respect firearms would keep that child safe. My aim is to never have someone i have trained in firearm safety be the cause of someone being hurt by a firearm.

I have been involved in Safety training for firearms for several years, as a member of the Range Safety Officers and instructor at ranges in Ontario. I have a background in Law enforcement having been awarded the Peace Officer Exemplary Service Medal (POESM} from then Governor General Michaëlle Jean. I am currently the chief Range Safety Training Officer at my Firearms club.

I offer a relaxed pace course by conducting training for the Canadian Firearms Safety Course (CFSC) and the exam over two days and the Canadian Restricted Firearms Safety Course (CRFSC) and exam on the third day. The combined courses typically start on a a Friday evening and conclude on Sunday. I strive to make sure all students are comfortable and safe with handling firearms. I also offer the stand alone versions of both the CFSC and CRFSC, if a sufficient number of students are available or request it.
