My name is Regan Pilatzke and thank- you for visiting my profile. I have been a duly certified CFSC/CRFSC for almost 9 years and a certified Hunter Education Instructor for 12 years. I am an active instructor and teach courses on a monthly or sometimes bi-monthly basis where there is a demand. I enjoy teaching and love my students! It is so wonderful to see the youth in our programs knowing the next generation are expressing a keen interest in target shooting and or hunting and related outdoor activities . My main teaching area is Sudbury but i also teach in the rural communities of Alban and Noelville.

I was born and raised on a farm in the rural community of Noelville a close knit community with a population around 2000. I have been handling firearms, in particular long guns, since the age of 10. I enjoyed growing up in a rural farm setting and learned about the outdoors at a young age and quickly realized that nature truly is a wonderful paradise and i am proud to announce i am a true northerner with a passion for ethical hunting and fishing, mostly small game and deer hunting. As i become older, i am finding that i am quite content just spending time enjoying nature and passing up opportunities by “enjoying the moment” of watching an animal in the outdoors. I absolutely love to spend all of my free time in the Outdoors at my camp with my two beautiful german short haired pointers. I hold a bachelor degree in Law and Justice and am employed with the Ontario Government -Solicitor General as a Probation and Parole Officer. My hobbies are running and otherwise trying to keep fit and pray for good health! I have been actively involved with the Law Enforcement Special Olympics Torch Run for over 20 years. It is my belief that we raise community awareness and help those with Intellectual Disabilities. I am married and my wife is employed as corporate liaison in health care. We are proud to have raised two successful educated children who are living independent. My son is married and employed as an RCMP officer posted in a rural Saskatchewan community. Our daughter is employed locally with the Federal Government. We are proud grandparents to our first bundle of joy!
