Canadian Firearm Safety Course is taught by myself or with the assistance of another qualified instructor over weekends in various locations around Georgian Bay such as Espanola, Sudbury, Noelville, Parry Sound , Mactier and Bracebridge. Courses are scheduled year round. The Canadian Restricted Course is taught on its own by me but may on occasion be done back to back in conjunction with the Canadian Firearm Safety Course.

For over the past twenty five years I have been a firearm safety course instructor and examiner . I am a retired Conservation Officer/Supervisor and have been involved in the Hunter Education Program for over fifty years as an examiner, administrator and instructor. I was a Zone Coordinator in North Eastern Ontario for the Canadian Firearm Registry , a national Police Service of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police for about two years. I also sat on the board of directors of the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters and was an active member of their firearm committee. I am a passionate hunter and enjoy the shooting sports and am thoroughly committed to safe firearm handling in all circumstances. Presenting a quality course for all my students is paramount to me.

My courses are scheduled throughout the year and they are delivered in a professional manner with the utmost respect for safety and a quality experience for all students. Participation can be initiated by contacting me by phone or email.
